Safari Dunes is a company that operates in the city of Dubai, UAE with business activities of providing desert safari, dune buggy rides, and other adventure activities in the deserts. Our mission is to provide outstanding service and ensure safety, comfort, and memorable experiences for each customer.

2. Eligibility

By accessing our website and making a reservation of our services, you agree that you:

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Be in the legal right and authority to sign an agreement.
• I will: Abide by all the relevant laws and local regulations in the UAE during your experience.

3. Bookings & Reservations

All the bookings done via our site or the approved partners will be subjected to availability and confirmation. After placing your booking, you will be sent out a confirmation message or email that will contain the details of the package you have chosen.

4. Pricing & Payment Policy

All the prices are given in AED and come along with the services outlined in every package. It may pay full or part of the payment during the bookings and the methods of payment accepted will be indicated at the checkout.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Tours cancelled a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour can be refunded. No-shows or late cancellations can lead to a full charge according to our company policy.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Safari Dunes values your privacy and keeps your personal information secure by effective systems. We do not share your data with any third party besides using it to make bookings, deliver services, and keep in touch.

7. Use of Website

You shall only use our site to perform legal activities and not to misuse the site.  We reserves all the text, images, and other materials and prohibits their replication without its authority.

8. Third-Party Services

There are also third-party suppliers that run under their own terms in some of the tours or transfers. We are not liable to problems caused by the external providers that are out of our control.

9. Changes to Terms

Safari Dunes has the right to change or revise these Terms and Conditions as and when there is a need to do so. Any updates will be updated in our site and will be applicable in the future bookings.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are regulated according to the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All conflicts will be addressed under the authority of the UAE courts.
